More Framing Picture

The framing continues, we have the sheeting on the sides now and ceiling joist are being installed over the last two days. They have both sides it looks completed the only joist left to nail in are in the dining room, kitchen and living room areas or common areas. I talked with Avalon today met with my handler Jamie (good kid). He told me the windows are scheduled to be installed Friday with every else on track. The forecast is calling for a 50% chance of rain on Thursday morning so I'm not sure if the windows will be installed as we talked about or not it just depends. We drove by another house Avalon built and loved their brick (Covington) and shingle selection so I will call Jamie tomorrow and let him know thats the brick that one was easy. More to come its sort of looking like a house isn't it?

Framing Has Started

The rough framing began as you can see, we also have seemed to have a new pet; see if you can find it!

The Floor Poured

Contractors have poured the floor, its in the infancy stages of an actual home!

Finally something that is actually happening on the construction site. After what seemed to be weeks and weeks of meetings, asking questions, and finally getting the apprasial back for the construction financing, construction begins. The Boss is loooking over the progress!
